- Payment
All lessons must be paid for in advance. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. - Availability & Booking
Lessons are available on Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:30am–5:00pm (UK time), subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for booking their lessons and checking availability via the online booking system. - Using Your Lessons
Lessons must be used within 60 days of purchase. Any unused lessons after this time will expire. - Cancellations
Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or missed lessons with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and can’t be rescheduled. These lessons will be treated as completed unless there are extenuating circumstances.

When can I have my lessons with Kerin?
Lessons are available from 9:30am – 6:00pm (CET Rome time) Mondays and Tuesdays subject to availability (Excluding the month of August).
You can request the same time slot every week or book flexibily using Calendly.
Is there a programme to follow?
Your individual lessons are 100% custom designed. To ensure the maximum effectiveness of your lessons, Kerin will carry out a needs analysis and you will set your learning objectives together. This allows Kerin to create a unique programme specially for you.
How much do lessons cost?
As a valued member, you pay £35 per lesson instead of the regular £45 – an exclusive discount just for you!
In Euros, this is €40, and in US Dollars, it’s around $47.

Can I cancel a lesson?
Yes, you may cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice and reschedule it. Cancellations and missed lessons made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. The lesson will be considered completed unless there are extenuating circumstances.
